Henry Ogbonna has almost 20 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards across the U.S., Canada, and Nigeria. As Senior Compensation Analyst at EverCommerce, he leads the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including short- and long-term incentives, merit increases, job evaluation, executive compensation, and compensation data analytics.

Prior to his current role, Henry held compensation leadership positions at IGM Financial (Canada), Alan & Grant (Nigeria), IHS Nigeria, the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and KPMG Nigeria, where he led and advised on reward strategy, pay structure design, incentive programs, HRIS implementations, and statutory compliance. During his time at KPMG, Henry also led or contributed to projects in payroll and benefits administration, training delivery, HR budgeting, and thought leadership content.

A faculty member since 2020, Henry is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®). He holds Bachelor of Technology in Physics from The Federal University of Technology in Owerri, Nigeria.
