Karen has more than 25 years of total rewards experience including executive and broad-based compensation, benefits and employee wellbeing. Her professional experience also includes talent development and performance management.

Karen has led total reward teams covering executive and broad-based compensation, global benefits and HRIS.  She joined Travel + Leisure Co. to establish and lead the corporate total rewards function for the public company post spin-off of the hotel group and currently serves in an executive advisory capacity. Karen has held corporate total rewards roles at large multi-national consumer products companies including Newell Brands and Unilever and has led redesigns of reward programs and performance management systems as well as large- scale business integrations. 

She holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from University of Rochester, Simon School of Business. In addition, Karen holds the WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional® (CCP®) designation.

She is a member of WorldatWork Executive Rewards Advisory Council and a member of the WorldatWork faculty.
