
Kevin Ambuehl brings more than two decades of healthcare compensation experience to the WorldatWork classroom, with a focus on data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. A WorldatWork faculty member since 2023, he draws on his background in complex compensation environments to help learners understand the nuances of Total Rewards in healthcare and beyond.
He currently serves as HR Manager of Group Practice Physician Compensation at Mayo Clinic, where he also acts as the shared services budget liaison for the HR department. Over his more than 20-year hospital and healthcare career with Mayo Clinic, Kevin has held multiple roles across compensation and benefits.
Earlier in his career, Kevin served in the US Navy as a Chief Aviation Warfare Systems Operator. He holds a BS in Workforce Education and Development and an MBA and is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®).
