With more than 30 years of experience managing human resources functions, Kristen Vosburgh specializes in domestic and global compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll. Since 2016, she has served as Vice President of Total Rewards at IAT Insurance Group, where she leads the organization’s payroll, HRIS, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and performance management functions.

Kristen began her HR career as a generalist and manager, developing a strong foundation across all HR disciplines. Her cross-industry experience includes leadership roles in the banking, telecommunications, software, printing, wholesale distribution, nonprofit, and insurance sectors. She has held senior compensation and benefits roles at RTI International, SAS Institute, Baker & Taylor, Glenayre Technologies, and First Union National Bank.

She joined the WorldatWork faculty in 2005, teaching compensation and rewards courses for practitioners across industries. She is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and a SHRM Certified Professional. She earned a BS from Eisenhower College of Rochester Institute of Technology.
