Her work supports successful transitions during mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformation, performance improvement, and executive positioning.
Kristina has partnered with companies across the biopharmaceutical, agriculture, industrial, and animal health sectors, and has collaborated with firms including McKinsey & Co., Bonfire Communications, and Philosophy IB. A certified leadership performance coach, she holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
She has been a member of the WorldatWork faculty since 2007, bringing her change communication and executive coaching expertise to professionals navigating organizational complexity. Her approach blends communication strategy with coaching insight to help leaders align behaviors with mission, values, and organizational priorities.
Kristina serves on the Board of Trustees for Crossroads4Hope, a nonprofit that offers psychosocial support for individuals and families affected by cancer. She earned a BA in Economics from Rutgers College and an MA in Corporate Communications from Seton Hall University.
