Marc Mullis, Founder and CEO of Payformance Partners, brings more than 20 years of experience in compensation, performance, and talent strategy to the WorldatWork classroom, joining the faculty in 2018. Marc is committed to helping organizations design programs that enable employees to reach their full potential — professionally and personally.

His background includes practitioner and consulting roles, with expertise in the analysis, design, implementation, and communication of compensation and talent programs. He has worked across industries including manufacturing, media, financial services, and commercial construction, with experience in domestic, international, and expatriate compensation.

Marc holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) credentials from WorldatWork. He earned a BS in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
