Marjorie Williamson is Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at RTI International, a nonprofit research institute with more than 6,000 employees in over 60 countries. In this role, she oversees benefits, compensation, employee services, HR analytics, HR operations and compliance, employee relations, and HRIS.
With over 30 years of global human resources experience, Marjorie has a leadership background in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, insurance, transportation, and consulting sectors. She understands how to drive Total Rewards philosophies and programs that align with organizational strategy, values, and culture, with broad-based experiences in executive compensation, incentive plan design, international remuneration, benefits strategy and communication, HR technology, data analytics, and global employment compliance.
A long-time advocate for professional education, Marjorie Williamson has been a WorldatWork faculty member since 2018. She holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) designations, as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She earned a BS in Finance from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of North Texas.
