Marjorie Williamson is the Senior Vice President, Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at RTI where she is responsible for leading Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Services, and HRIS. She has more than 25 years of experience developing strategically aligned total rewards programs and has demonstrated expertise in incentive plan design, executive compensation, and international remuneration. She has experience in several industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, insurance, transportation, and consulting.

Williamson is honored to be the executive sponsor of the Accessibility Employee Resource Group at RTI, she contributes as a steering committee member for the Wake Invests in Women initiative to reduce the gender wage gap in Wake County, NC, and she enjoys being part of the faculty for WorldatWork.

Ms. Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
