His expertise spans the full spectrum of Total Rewards — both base and variable pay — along with the design and integration of HR technology solutions.
Mark has played key roles in global mergers & acquisitions activities, managing due diligence, assimilation, and program integration. His deep background in global program design and infrastructure development has positioned him as a trusted advisor in complex and evolving organizational environments.
A frequent speaker on Total Rewards topics, Mark joined the WorldatWork faculty in 1999. He serves on the Editorial Review Board and is a recipient of the WorldatWork Lifetime Achievement Award. He has presented at events around the world and authored numerous articles published by WorldatWork.
Mark earned a BSBA in Management from Suffolk University and an MBA from Western New England College. He is a co-founder and the current President of the New England Compensation Consortium and a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®).
