He has been a member of the WorldatWork faculty since 2007 and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®).
Ron has served as an adjunct professor of Management and was a past instructor in the Professional in Human Resources certification program from HRCI. He holds a BA of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and an MBA from the University of Findlay.
