
As Founder and Managing Director, Sandra Weeks brings more than 25 years of consulting experience to her firm HRP Human Resources Partners, Inc., serving a wide range of industries across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. A member of the WorldatWork faculty since 1994, she teaches courses in compensation and Total Rewards strategy.
Prior to founding HRP, she held consulting roles at Towers Perrin and KPMG, gaining experience and knowledge of aligning pay practices with business goals, developing effective reward strategies, and leading large-scale compensation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
In addition to her consulting practice, Sandra is author of Best Practices in Performance Management and Best Practices in Organizational Development, published by Carswell Press. She previously taught human resources and organizational behavior courses at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA).
