
Sarah has more than 20 years of HR experience spanning Total Rewards, HRIS, and payroll. As Head of Total Rewards at Synovus, she leads strategy and execution and oversees compensation and benefits design and administration.
Throughout her career, Sarah has contributed to the development of incentive design, governance, and administration, always emphasizing their integration with a broader total compensation philosophy and employee value proposition. She joined the WorldatWork faculty in 2023.
Sarah has earned multiple professional certifications, including the WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®). She is an HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She holds a BS in Organizational Management from Crichton College and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Retail Bank Management program.
