Steven Brink brings to more than 30 years of experience in HR technology, consulting, and executive leadership. Currently, Steve consults organizations on growth, transformation and workforce strategy, while previously he was President and CEO of uFlexReward, a digital Total Rewards platform that centralizes compensation data across geographies and employee types.

A WorldatWork faculty member since 1990, he co-developed the popular Business Acumen course and has taught Quantitative Analysis for over three decades. He played a key role in shaping the updated Compensation Analytics and Insights course.

Steve previously served as CEO and President of AIRINC, where he led the company through global expansion and a successful acquisition. He also spent 14 years in Geneva, Switzerland, leading Mercer’s global information and software businesses. Earlier in his career, he held operational and software leadership roles at Towers Perrin.

Steve holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MS. in Economics from the University of North Texas. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®) and a frequent speaker on global HR trends and international compensation strategy.
