She currently serves as Director of Total Rewards and Corporate Support for Flatiron Construction Corp., overseeing compensation, benefits, retirement, and performance management programs in North America.
A WorldatWork faculty member since 2021, Tiffany blends her organizational development background with compensation and benefits expertise to support a holistic work/life experience for employees. Her approach emphasizes alignment between business needs and employee engagement strategies.
Tiffany is a former President and Chair of the Past President’s Council of the WorldatWork Denver Local Network and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®). She holds an MBA and MS in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado–Denver. She is also a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) through the Plan Sponsor Council of America and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and Wiley’s Everything DiSC.
