Tracy started her career as a compensation consultant with Deloitte. Following Deloitte, Tracy worked across industries developing deep expertise in CPG, Retail, and Services. With a focus on executive and broad-based compensation and benefits for large multinational companies, Tracy led Total Rewards for Target, General Mills and KinderCare.
