Membership Policies
Individual Membership

Non-Transferrable. Membership in WorldatWork is handled on an individual basis and cannot be transferred to another person. Use of your membership by anyone other than you is a violation of the WorldatWork membership policy. 

Cancellation. If cancelled, WorldatWork membership is nonrefundable. 

Duration. Membership is valid for 12 months from the last day of the month in which payment was received. For example, if payment is received on 11/1/2022, that membership will expire on 11/30/2023.

Continuation. Because we value your engagement, your WorldatWork membership will follow you even if you leave the organization that paid for your membership! To ensure that you retain access to your membership account, we encourage you to use your personal email as your log-in. Before leaving your employer, you must contact our Customer Experience Team to update your records, and must renew prior to expiration.

Discounts. WorldatWork offers discounts to qualified individuals, such as undergraduate students, retirees and individuals in certain countries. Corporate and Government Membership

Group Discounts. While membership in WorldatWork is handled on an individual basis, corporations and public entities can earn discounts by purchasing membership in groups of five or more. Please contact our WorldatWork staff at teamtraining@worldatwork.org for more information.

Continuation. Corporate and government memberships include the right for the organization to add new staff and replace staff, to the extent allowed by the membership purchase contract. 

Individuals who leave an organization that paid for the membership will remain members (possibly without taking one of the prior employer’s membership slots) until that membership expires.
