Who Qualifies
Tax exemptions apply only to organizations, not individuals, even if they work for a tax-exempt organization.
How to Submit
Email a copy of your organization's tax-exempt certificate to CustomerExperience@worldatwork.org and include your order details.
When to Submit
Before your Order: Send the tax-exempt certificate to CustomerExperience@worldatwork.org and include your order details. Our team will remove any applicable taxes and email you an invoice to complete the purchase.
After Your Order: If taxes were applied, send your organization's tax-exempt certificate to CustomerExperience@worldatwork.org with your order details. Once reviewed, applicable taxes will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days.
