India’s Pay Premiums for Digital Talent Will Cool in 2025
To meet the requirements of the new law, options for a profit-sharing arrangement are: ;A voluntary profit-sharing plan (“intéressement” or “participation”), based on company results.; ;A contribution by the employer to a company savings plan (“Plan d’Epargne d’entreprise”) or retirement savings plan (known as PERCO or PERE-CO).; ;A value-sharing bonus (“Prime de Partage de la Valeur") — a tax-favored bonus plan, limited to EUR 3,000 (or to EUR 6,000 under certain conditions), that can be distributed to all employees up to twice per year.; UNITED KINGDOM Sagging Job Quality Causes Highest Employee Stress in Europe As reported by Reuters , British workplaces rank among the worst in Europe for long hours, tight deadlines and limited autonomy, without being any more productive, according to a report produced for the Commission for Healthier Working Lives (CHWL).

Employee Well-Being Is Faltering: What’s the Cause?
WTW’s Ihrke offered several ways for employers to utilize well-being communication: ;Develop a cohesive narrative connecting leaders, managers and employees, and provide regular messaging from leaders on the importance of well-being.; ;Establish a communication channel across well-being initiatives and stakeholders, and connect those initiatives with diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) goals and objectives.; ;Create an annual communication plan with quarterly or monthly well-being themes, creating relevance and tying messaging (e.g., tips, leading practices) to programs that support these health topics.; ;Develop communication strategies for unique employee populations and life events, such as birth or adoption, marriage, death of a loved one, or school graduation.; If employers can help drive well-being in a meaningful way, they will likely see positive results, said Alight’s Thomas Conway.
