Payscale: U.S. Employers Forecast 3.5% Pay Increases for 2025
-based employers are budgeting 3.5% average pay raises for their employees for 2025, slightly less than the 3.6% actual increases doled out in 2024, according to the results of Payscale’s ninth annual Salary Budget Survey , which was released July 31.
