Across all demographics, 45% of the 4,000 survey participants said getting help investing within their retirement plans was the biggest benefit of having access to employer-sponsored advice models.

Other companies are taking a fresh look at their goals and compensation structures as they wrap up their long-range 2025 plans and look ahead to 2030 plans, said Blair Jones, managing director at Semler Brossy.

A recent report from HR software company BambooHR found 33% of surveyed U.S. workers asked for paid time off in February — an 18% decline from January and a 6% drop compared to February of last year.

This marks a return to normal after a precipitous drop in 2020.
