How Workforce Friction Affects Job Productivity
In a survey of more than 6,000 workers, people managers and executives from six countries, 88% of the respondents reported there was friction in their environment, such as ;Ineffective communication (41%); ;Overly complicated processes (25%); ;Lack of resources (23%); “Technology disruption and a fluid operating environment are creating friction across organizations, leading to frustrated employees and wasted time and resources,” Steve Holdridge, Dayforce’s president and chief operating officer, said in a statement about the findings.
