As a Senior Benefits Consultant and Principal, Ron specializes in providing consulting and business advice aimed at improving the financial performance of his client employer groups.

With 30+ years’ of experience as a health & welfare benefits consultant he has helped implement strategies that encourage employers to leverage their employee benefits as the driving force behind future growth and distinction within their respective industries. Ron began his career as a health insurance underwriter at The Travelers in Hartford, CT, and then with Corporate Healthcare Financing in Baltimore, MD.

In 1994 he opened his own independent benefits brokerage firm, Associated Benefits, LLC in Plainville, CT and managed that practice prior to joining OneDigital (formerly Ovation) in 2003. He graduated with a bachelor's in mathematics from Bates College.
