Expanding the Impact of Your Job Architecture with AI
Virtual (Live) May 19, 2026 01:00 PM Eastern

We all talk about how foundational the job architecture is to your compensation strategy – and beyond. But too often, the job architecture fails to really unlock the possibilities for employee transparency and development that it can be.

In this session, we’ll use a built job architecture framework, sample employee data, and some additional tools to demonstrate how AI can bring your job architecture to life, including:

  • Creating job description management bots to surface and suggest changes to job descriptions, or author new ones from scratch
  • Drafting job family-specific development criteria that the organization can use to identify growth opportunities within the architecture

Access to the live workshop and on-demand recording is member-only.
