Pay transparency is no longer a European story. It's a global one.
Fourteen U.S. states now require salary ranges in job postings. Canada mandates pay equity plans. Japan and Australia require public gender pay gap reporting. Brazil and Peru enforce their own disclosure rules. Stock exchanges in India and Singapore now require public companies to report pay data. And the EU Pay Transparency Directive is reshaping hiring across Europe.
Different countries. Different thresholds. Different timelines. One challenge: build a compensation strategy that holds up everywhere your company operates.
Join Trusaic for a global tour of the pay transparency landscape — what's required, what's coming, and what leading organizations are doing to stay ahead of it. You'll leave with a clear view of the rules that matter most to your workforce, and a practical approach to managing pay equity across every market you operate in.
Webinar participants will qualify to receive the following WorldatWork, HRCI, and SHRM recertification credits.
