Pay transparency is not just a European story. It's a global one.

Around the world, new requirements are changing how organizations approach pay disclosure, pay equity, reporting, and hiring. Some jurisdictions require salary ranges in job postings. Others mandate pay gap reporting, pay equity analyses, or broader workforce disclosures. And the rules continue to evolve.

Different countries. Different thresholds. Different timelines. One challenge: build a compensation strategy that is defensible everywhere your company operates.

Join Trusaic for a global tour of the pay transparency landscape — what's required, what's coming, and what leading organizations are doing to stay ahead of it. You'll leave with a clear view of the different pay transparency frameworks that may impact how you approach your workforce compensation, and a practical approach to managing pay equity across every market you operate in.

Key Takeaways:

  • Key pay transparency developments across the world.
  • A framework for running pay equity audits.
  • A practical approach to building one global compensation strategy while managing specific compliance obligations market by market.
