Compensation is more than numbers—it communicates your organization’s values, approach to fairness, and commitment to employee growth. In this session, participants will explore how job titles and level definitions influence engagement, retention, and workforce planning, and how thoughtful compensation structures can bring clarity and purpose to an employee’s career journey.
The discussion will cover how organizations make decisions between market-based pay ranges and structured pay bands, highlighting the benefits and challenges of each. Participants will share strategies for balancing external competitiveness, internal consistency, and the need for both agility and transparency.
Attendees will leave with practical, actionable ideas for connecting compensation design with strategy, culture, and the evolving needs of the workforce.
Please note access to the live webinar is open to everyone. Access to the on-demand recording is member-only.
Webinar participants will qualify to receive the following WorldatWork, HRCI, and SHRM recertification credits.
