The 2026 Salary Structures Policies and Practices Survey provides a new look at how organizations are approaching salary structures, market positioning, pay transparency, emerging skills and other evolving compensation practices. Rather than presenting the research findings one after another, this webinar will use the data as the starting point for a broader conversation.
For each major topic, we will explore three things:
- Data: What did the research find?
- Interpretation: What may be driving the results, and what should practitioners take from them?
- Application: What should compensation teams consider, evaluate or do next?
Webinar participants will qualify to receive the following WorldatWork, HRCI, and SHRM recertification credits.
