WorldatWork Today is a free publication that provides news and insights on important topics for the HR and Rewards professions
WorldatWork Today reaches a global audience of HR and Rewards professionals (leaders, practitioners and consultants) working in a wide range of industries. Readers include both members and nonmembers of WorldatWork. A weekly email showcasing the latest WorldatWork Today articles reaches more than 60,000 readers.
Great WorldatWork Today articles do one or more of the following:
- Make readers aware of new developments in the HR and Rewards fields. (Examples may include new trends, regulations, court rulings, technologies or work methods that affect our readers and inform how they can perform their jobs more effectively.)
- Help readers understand the impact of a change. Can it create time or cost savings? Bolster organizational culture? Cause unanticipated challenges? Because WorldatWork Today articles are relatively short, they cannot provide detailed information of this type; however, they do seek to provide some insight into the repercussions of a news event or trend, where applicable.
- Clearly convey data via graphs, charts and other visual elements. (Final production of graphics is handled by the WorldatWork Publications team.)
