Mary Lynn Fayoumi
President & CEO of HR Source

Mary Lynn Fayoumi, is the President and CEO of HR Source, a Chicago-based employers' association with over 1100 member organizations. She is a highly respected speaker, trainer and advisor and an accepted authority on a variety of workplace issues including culture, employment trends, and HR management. Countless organizations have benefited from her expertise during her twenty plus years at the association.

Mary Lynn is a prolific writer, quoted and published regularly in a variety of industry publications. She currently serves on the WorldatWork Board of Directors and is Past Chair of the Board of Directors for both the Association Forum of Chicagoland and the Employer Associations of America. She is also an Advisory Board Member of the Community Memorial Foundation and Family Shelter Service.

Mary Lynn is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Industrial Relations/Human Resources.  She also holds an MBA with Honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Scott Cawood

Scott Cawood is the CEO of WorldatWork. Prior to joining WorldatWork, he was the Global Leader, Organizational Effectiveness, at W.L. Gore & Associates Inc., a global manufacturer with 10,000 employees. At Gore, he led the organizational efforts to achieve the enterprise strategy, including maximizing associate engagement and aligning the culture with critical business priorities.

Prior to Gore, he served as president of Synygy, a global compensation and sales software company, and in senior leadership positions at Revlon and the Great Place to Work Institute, which selects Fortune magazine's 100 Best Places to Work.

Cawood holds an Ed.D. in organization- and work-based learning from the Wharton School of Business and an M.S. in education from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his M.A. in labor and industrial relations and his B.A. in organizational communication, with a minor in education, from Michigan State University.

Jeff Chambers
Managing Director

Jeff Chambers is Executive Director, Human Resources for Chiltern International. He previously served as General Counsel for the Center for Leadership Studies, Vice President of Goodwin Executive Search, CHRO of Vidant Health and Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Legal Affairs for PRA International. Jeff also spent eight years as Vice President, Human Resources for SAS, a software company that was named one of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" for each of those years. Prior to this role, he worked as Senior Corporate Counsel for SAS and Corporate Counsel at MassMutual Life Insurance Company.

Jeff earned a B.A. in political science from Bucknell University and a J.D. from Villanova University of Law.

Prior to being named to the Board of Directors at WorldatWork in 2006, Jeff was both a member and Chair of WorldatWork's Work Experience Advisory Board. Currently he serves as the Board's Vice Chair and is a member of the Audit & Finance Committee. He also served as Chair of the Governance Committee. He has been a frequent speaker at the Total Rewards Conference and is also a member of WorldatWork's Speaker's Bureau. Jeff earned his Certification in Work-Life in 2008.

Alan Gardner
Chief People Officer, Frontier Communications
CCP, GRP

M. Alan Gardner is the Chief People Officer at Frontier Communications. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Verizon Communications, where he led centers of expertise encompassing the overall employee experience in support of 175,000 employees around the globe. 

Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Verizon Wireless, which at the time was an $87 billion U.S.-based joint venture between Verizon Communications and Vodafone, with 85,000 employees. 

In addition to other executive roles of increasing responsibility at Verizon, Alan was the Director of Compensation at GTE Corporation. He began his career at American Express, UCCEL Corporation, and General Dynamics.

Sara McAuley
Managing Partner, McAuley Consulting Group

Sara R. McAuley is the Managing Partner at McAuley Consulting Group, which provides human capital strategies, total rewards design and organization planning critical to the execution of strategic business plans.

Prior to her current role, Sara was executive vice president of human resources for Tygris Commercial Finance, where she was responsible for leading Tygris' human resource organization. Previously, she was vice president of human resources at Standard & Poor's, where she led the global Human Resources organization and directed organization design, change management, reward system management, recruitment, diversity management, staff development and succession planning. 

Sara has also held various HR positions at AT&T Capital, Tupperware and The Quaker Oats Company.

Sara is a former WorldatWork faculty member and has been a member of WorldatWork since 1983. She has served in various capacities for the United Way of Morris County, New Jersey.

Nathalie Parent

Nathalie is the Chief HR Officer at Selligent, a Belgium-based software company which provides marketing cloud solutions. 

Nathalie previously served as SVP HR for Europe, Middle East and Africa at SAP and as Global Head of HR at hybris and at Corel. Nathalie is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of global human resources strategies and programs. Prior to joining Corel, she spent 13 years at Cognos Incorporated both in Canada and in Europe, most recently serving as Vice President, HR, Global Operations where she was responsible for field operations across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to her work at Cognos, Nathalie worked as a consultant in both the pension and total rewards practices at Watson Wyatt Worldwide.

Nathalie received a bachelor of science in mathematics from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Prior to her Board service, she was a member of the faculty and of the Global Advisory Board and a presenter at numerous WorldatWork conferences. She has been a member of WorldatWork since 1991.

Stacey Petrey
VP, Global Head of Strategic Programs

Dr. Stacey Petrey is a results-driven, global executive and board member with two decades of experience in driving organizational change from initial conceptualization to implementation.

She is the VP, Global Head of Corporate Strategic Programs at Bausch Health Companies. Prior to joining Bausch Health, Stacey had her own human capital consulting firm and was the practice leader for Solenture. Stacey has also held human resource, business and finance roles at Mylan, Perrigo, Raytheon, Fidelity Investments, Timberland, PerkinElmer, Credit Suisse First Boston and Marriott International.

Dr. Petrey is credited with the successful design and execution of numerous global projects such as: M&A due diligence, Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and business integration for 50+ transactions; delivering 100% improvement in net income of business P&L; equity conversions for two corporate inversions; as well as blueprinting and launching several SAP modules for governing global master data.

Dr. Petrey's work is well documented in various articles and speaking engagements: The Conference Board, WorldatWork, Harvard Business School Blog, Talent Economy, Chief Learning Officer and Net Assets. In addition, her expertise is referenced in other professional publications and settings.

Dr. Petrey's experience extends beyond her corporate practice, teaching finance courses for Suffolk University in Dakar, Senegal. Her doctoral research developed a proprietary rubric for assessing the relationship between characteristics of executive officers and total shareholder return. In addition, Stacey has served her community through board leadership while rearing two active, young sons.
