Learn the steps for conducting a pay equity analysis to expose pay gaps at your organization.

To ensure employees are paid equitably, you must know how to perform a pay equity analysis that can expose unintended pay gaps. Using a gender-based example, this step-by-step course provides the knowledge, techniques, and tools to conduct a pay analysis — from establishing legal privilege and protection, through timing and conducting the analysis, to interpreting and summarizing the results.
