WorldatWork offers digital credential badges to learners who earn a certification. Badges can be shared on professional networking profiles, email signatures, and company profile pages. WorldatWork has partnered with Credly, the digital credentialing leader, to distribute and track badge attainment.
To access your WorldatWork badges and certificates, create a Credly account at credly.com. Once your account is set up, you can download and print your certificate directly from Credly.

Most of our official digital badges are awarded for passing an exam that contributes to earning a certification. However, we also offer digital badges for completing select courses, including Essentials in Total Rewards, Essentials in Compensation Management, Essentials of Executive Compensation, and our Sales Compensation Series.
You will generally receive your digital badge within 5–7 business days of passing your exam or earning your certification. Once your credential has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access and share your badge.
Digital badges earned for course or exam completion do not expire. However, badges tied to a certification are valid only as long as the certification remains active. To keep these badges current, you will need to recertify your certification according to the program’s requirements.
