  • Obtain a starting template, instructions for replication of everything demonstrated, and the completed dashboard.

Course Requirements

The course requires an advanced knowledge of Excel. Participants should have access to a computer with Excel 2013 or newer. Power Pivot and Power Query are standard from Excel 2016 onward, and they can be added into Excel 2013. The dashboard design principles taught can be used with any version of Excel and can be used with standard employee data and pivot tables. Power Query and Power Pivot are super-efficient tools for transforming data and merging different tables for use in analysis. You should already work with HR, Reward or payroll data in Excel regularly, and be experienced with writing Excel formulas and creating charts.
