The Department of Labor (DOL) has sent its notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to update Part 541 of the FLSA, commonly referred to as overtime rules, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. Once OMB signs off on the rulemaking, the DOL will published the proposed rules for public comments.
