;“Gain-sharing” awards that put some of the corporate profits back in the pockets of the workers whose AI innovations helped save time and money; and,;
;Formal integration of AI outcomes into performance reviews.;
One way to make those incentives more inclusive is by providing rewards in the form of tokens or points that employees can “spend” as they choose — such as on additional time off, space to work on passion projects or new training.
