WorldatWork webinars are offered in one or more of the following formats:

Virtual (Live): Instruction takes place online in real time with an instructor.
On Demand: Instruction takes place online whenever attendees wish to access the content. If you register for a webinar before the initial live presentation, you will also gain access to the On Demand version.
