The WorldatWork mobile app gives you access to your learning, certifications, and account from your phone or tablet. All policies for courses, exams, certifications, and membership apply equally whether you are accessing WorldatWork via the app or the website. The sections below cover app-specific navigation and experience questions only.
The app allows you to access courses, track your progress, view exam eligibility, manage your certifications, browse events, and stay up to date on recertification requirements — all from your mobile device.
Yes. Your WorldatWork account is fully synced across mobile and web. Your progress, purchases, and certifications are always up to date regardless of which platform you use.
No. You can create a free account and log in without a membership. However, some features and content are available to members only.
You can create a free account at worldatwork.org. Once registered, use the same credentials to log into the app.
Access your courses from your profile or learning dashboard within the app. Selecting a course will take you to the appropriate learning environment to begin or continue your training.
Yes. Progress is automatically tracked and saved across sessions and devices.

Navigate to the Courses and Exams section of your profile and select “Access Purchased Exams.” This will direct you to PSI (WorldatWork’s exam delivery partner) where you can schedule your exam. Please note that exams are not taken within the mobile app — they are completed through the external PSI platform.

Your certifications are visible in your profile within the app.
Badges are issued through Credly. For instructions on accessing and sharing your badge, see Section 3: Digital Badges, or visit the Digital Badges help page.
Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen or try clearing the app cache, then log in again. These steps resolve most common access issues.
