Membership & Purchases
Overview

WorldatWork offers professional, corporate, and global membership options. All membership types provide the same access to member benefits and content on the website — when you’re a member, you have full member access regardless of which membership type you hold. Corporate and global memberships are typically managed through an organization’s designated company contact. For questions about which membership is right for you, contact the Customer Experience team.


You can renew online by logging into your WorldatWork profile and selecting “Renew Now.” If your organization pays for your membership and you need a formal invoice, contact the Customer Experience team at customerexperience@worldatwork.org or 877-951-9191 and your team will generate and send the invoice to you directly.

Membership renewals cannot be processed over the phone. Online renewal or invoice request via email are the available options for individual members.


When you make a purchase on the WorldatWork website, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need a formal receipt or invoice, contact the Customer Experience team at customerexperience@worldatwork.org or 877-951-9191.
