You did it — your hard work and dedication earned a prestigious WorldatWork certification. But don’t let it lapse!
Recertification is more than maintaining a credential — it's reinforcing your expertise, staying current in a dynamic field and demonstrating your ongoing commitment to excellence in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits.
WorldatWork’s recertification program is designed to utilize learning you’re already doing — like webinars, courses, and events — making it easier to stay certified. To maintain an active certification status, you must earn a total of 30 recertification credits (20 general recertification credits and 10 domain-specific recertification credits) every three years. Please see below to view the many options available to earn recertification credits and keep your certification up to date.
Certification holders who do not recertify by the due date will be granted a one-year grace period. If you are not recertified by the end of the grace period, you will need to purchase and pass a recertification exam to receive active certification status again.
