The WorldatWork mobile app gives you access to your learning, certifications, and account from your phone or tablet. All policies for courses, exams, certifications, and membership apply equally whether you are accessing WorldatWork via the app or the website. The sections below cover app-specific navigation and experience questions only.
The app allows you to access courses, track your progress, view exam eligibility, manage your certifications, browse events, and stay up to date on recertification requirements — all from your mobile device.
Yes. Your WorldatWork account is fully synced across mobile and web. Your progress, purchases, and certifications are always up to date regardless of which platform you use.
No. You can create a free account and log in without a membership. However, some features and content are available to members only.
You can create an account in the app or on the website.
In the app, tap Sign Up on the welcome screen, fill out the form, and tap Register
On the web, go to WorldatWork.org and register there. The same login works for both, so your credentials will get you into the app.
On the Home tab, scroll down to Access Purchased Courses. Tap the course you want and it opens right up, ready for your to start or pick up where you left off.
Yes. Progress is automatically tracked and saved across sessions and devices.

On the Home tab, scroll to My Certifications to see the ones you've earned. Tap View All to open the full list, including any in progress.
Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen or try clearing the app cache, then log in again. These steps resolve most common access issues.
